No. Anyone living in Ohio or Michigan is eligible to enter and win, although some residential restrictions may apply for certain contests.

How old do I have to be to enter?

It varies per contest. Many contests require that you be at least 18 years of age; however, some contests are specifically for younger participants. Please see the "Contest Rules" for each contest to be sure.

Can I enter the contest more than once?

No. You are eligible to enter each contest only once. You will be disqualified from winning if you enter more than one time.

I won a prize last week. Can I win again this week?

No. You may only win a prize once every thirty (30) days. You will be disqualified from winning a contest if you have won another contest within the past 30 days.

How long do I have to pick up my prize?

In most contests, you have thirty (30) days from notification to pick up your prize. If you have not picked up your prize within 30 days, the prize will be forfeited and you may no longer claim the prize.However, some contests, such as tickets to an event, are drawn very close to the date of the event. In such instances, you may only have a day or two to pick up your tickets to get into the event. Please see the "Contest Rules" for each contest for the drawing date.

I won tickets to a show that I already bought tickets for. Can I exchange my prize for another one?

No. You must either take the prize offered or forfeit the prize. Prizes are offered to winners "as is", and no exchanges will be offered. No cash will be given, either, in place of a prize.

What happens if a show that I won tickets for is cancelled?

Buckeye CableSystem is not responsible for promoters rescheduling or cancelling shows. No refunds or substitute prizes will be awarded. Please contact the promoter or venue for details on rescheduled shows.
